Our Programs

 

we’re focused on showcasing fresh new voices in african cinema. Additionally, we’re excited to show some of the best of world cinema, bringing the films for the first time to east africa!

 

East African Cinema

We are happy to accept films of any genre, style or length. We're simply looking to showcase East African film talent!
 

Pan-African Cinema

Any film by an african qualifies for this program of the festival.

african Diaspora cinema

if you trace your origins or those of your film to Africa, this category is for you. We leave it to you to determine whether you/your film fits within this category.
 

Non-African Cinema

Any film that doesn't fit into one of the African or African Diaspora categories!
